Processing description:
Prepation begins immediatelyt after slaugtering when the tripe is fresh.
First step is to clean all the dirt. After that the tripe is cleaned mexhanically with cold water which is changed 3 rd time and the tripe is being cleaned in warm water (60 c degree) for 20 minutes
When the tripes are completely clean , the water is changed again and the tripe is being boiled (90 c degree) for 10 mimutes
There is no chemical bleaching in the process
